My family has been struggling for a while now and I have always tried my best to do what i can for my 2 boys. I , myself, have many health issues. a bad back with severe arthritis of the spine that makes me unable to work, yet social security says in 'their' eyes, i am not disabled therefore, i dont qualify for disability. We are now having to move out of our home and in with a relative. Food is about the only thing we can afford and that is due to getting food stamps, which run out about mid month. I hate asking for help, but my kids deserve a Christmas and i dont know what else to do or have anyone to ask.
My Youngest is a 4 year old little boy whose eyes light up when santa comes to town. He has a hard time talking and expressing hmself and have found out he is autistic.
My 8 year old boy is so excited for Christmas but how do i tell him there might not be one?
I am looking for any help anyone can offer.
